DATA AND SECURITY
Your lead and CRM data stays inside your own Zoho (or existing CRM) account and your own WhatsApp Business API account. maydj's automation layer reads and writes to those accounts. It doesn't create a separate database holding a copy of your pipeline. Access is limited to the maydj team members actively working on your system.
No. Your lead conversations and customer data are used only to run your system, score your leads, and generate your reports. We don't use client data to train models, and we don't share it with other clients or third parties.
Everything stays in your accounts. Since your data lives in your own CRM and WhatsApp Business account, not ours, there's nothing to hand back or delete on our end. You keep the automations we built, or replace them, and the system keeps running or stops. Your call.
INTEGRATION AND OWNERSHIP
No. It runs on top of whatever CRM you already have: Zoho, Salesforce, or something custom. Think of it as the layer that makes sure every lead actually gets into your CRM correctly, gets scored, and gets followed up on, not a replacement for the system you already use.
You do. The automation flows, the scoring logic, the WhatsApp templates: all of it lives in your accounts and is documented for your team. If you want to bring the operations in-house later, you can.
Yes. We've built the core system around Zoho since it's what most of our clients run, but the architecture, n8n orchestration plus API integrations, connects to Salesforce or a custom CRM the same way. We confirm compatibility in the Shadow Audit before any build starts.
Good, they should. We walk your IT or ops team through the full data flow and every integration point and API before anything goes live. Nothing ships to production without your team reviewing it first.
TEAM AND ADOPTION
No. The system handles the parts that don't need a human: initial response, qualification, nurture, reminders. That frees your sales team to spend their time on the leads worth calling, not the ones that needed a WhatsApp at 11 PM. Headcount stays the same. What they do with their time changes.
Every AI response operates inside a defined script for your project: pricing, inventory, policies. Anything outside that scope gets escalated to a human instead of improvised. You review every conversation flow before it goes live, and can pull any flow back for editing at any time.
That's usually a rollout problem, not a technology problem. We build the system to make their job easier, not to monitor them, and we walk the team through exactly what changes for them before launch. Most resistance disappears after the first week, once their morning stops starting with 200 unread WhatsApps.
COMMERCIALS AND CONTRACTS
Build is a fixed project fee agreed after the Shadow Audit, based on your inventory size, sales team structure, and which layers you need. Running the system costs ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 a month in infrastructure: APIs, cloud, WhatsApp Business, on top of that. No fee is charged until you've seen exactly what the audit found.
No multi-year contract. The engagement runs month to month once the system is live. If it's not delivering, you stop paying for operations and keep everything we built for you.
You keep the audit. The three numbers we walk through, recoverable leads, revenue at risk, and system cost, are yours whether or not you move forward. There's no pitch at the end of that call, and no pressure to sign anything.
Most of what gets pitched as "AI for real estate" is a chatbot bolted onto a CRM you already have. We're not selling a chatbot. We're building the infrastructure underneath it: capture, qualification, nurture, post-booking operations, and reporting, as one connected system built around your specific inventory and sales process, not a generic template.
